By carefully following this program of study we feel that you will be well-prepared for your TExES exam. However, we do not guarantee a passing grade on the exam as the time and effort put into study and following program directions can vary by individual. We encourage you to contact us during your study time should you have any questions. Our downloadable files are not returnable so we ask that you review the samples at the yellow buttons by the icon of each book image carefully before purchasing. Hard copy books should be returned in perfect condition within 7-10 days of receipt. If you wish to return a book, please contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding your plans to return. Shipments to institutions and bookstores are not returnable due to the nature of the subject matter. We often update our books to match the state requirements and standards.
