ABOUT
THE AUTHOR
Deanna Bredbenner was born and raised in Abilene, Texas. She holds a
Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Studies from McMurry
University and a Masters of Science in Kinesiology from Angelo State
University. Deanna currently works as a Physical Education teacher and
resides in the Houston area with her husband and son. She holds a genuine
love for teaching people how to live healthy lives and loves watching the
excitement on children's faces as they explore and learn new things.
